My friend no one enters into depression without going through the following stages:

  • Stage 1 - Due to some cause, symptoms of depression start getting activated

  • Stage 2 - If mind is not trained to handle that cause, then these depression symptoms prolong for 3 to 4 weeks

  • Stage 3 - After 3 to 4 weeks one enters into mild depression

  • Stage 4 - When mild depression is not treated within 30 to 45 days, then one enters into moderate depression

  • Stage 5 - When moderate depression is ignored, then one enters into clinical or severe depression (also known as major depression).


I wanted you to know these stages so you can comprehend the reasons why it gets difficult to find the right solution to depression.


Reason #1 - When one is in depression and searching for a solution, one is in a desperate mode. Hence, the mind is very vulnerable to receive any kind of suggestion from anyone. Many people tend to give advice without having any knowledge on the subject. If such advice is followed then it is very difficult to find any possible solution of depression.


Reason #2 - Most of the time the mind wants instant solutions for the problem. Therefore, the entire thinking pattern will be busy in finding shortcuts. So in search of shortcuts the right solution of depression is missed.


Reason #3 - Impatience creates more anxiety. Therefore, instead of sticking to one solution the mind will try to use multiple options at a time. Ayurved, homoeopathy, allopathy and every other pathy’s are implemented together. Hence, it becomes impossible to reach one right solution to depression.
