Antidepressants and music therapy


In our depression quiz we asked whether the person is taking antidepressants or not and found out of all the people undergoing depression, 3 out of every 10 people are taking antidepressants.


We caution you to not stop your antidepressants or to refuse taking them at all. We also caution you to consult your doctor before stopping antidepressants. Do not self medicate. We are only stating that the side effects of antidepressants are not healthy. NHS and WHO also recommends the usage of antidepressants only under the supervision of health experts.
