Suffering from Depression since 1yr

I am 55yrs old. A charted accountant by profession and am unable to concentrate on my work. I require your help. I am suffering from depression since 1yr due to unfortunate events and negative thoughts in my mind since the construction of my house. I feel helpless. Please advise.
