Negative thoughts

Would it be good idea to write down bad thoughts? Maybe to tell psychologist? To help brake down how I’m going to overcome it? I can maybe start seeing a pattern in my negativity thoughts? Or I could add positive ideas/ thoughts about the issues?

I understand Balbirji.

It will take time, but i assure you that You will feel better by following all the steps given in the 45 day depression treatment webapp. Let me explain to you that there are two kinds of music, one for entertainment and another which we have made is MUSIC THERAPY, especially made by special effects for healing your negative thoughts at the subconscious mind level.

Therefore, listening to general entertainment music will not help. Only music therapy will help. So use the music therapy as per the guidance given in the self help depression treatment webapp. You have to do it at least for 45 days. It's a therapy so just like how you are taking medicine daily, the same way music therapy and affirmations has to be done daily for 45 days at least. In one day you will not get results but slowly with time you will feel better for sure. This treatments has to be followed by doing physical exercises and mental exercises also. Social anxiety is part of the loop when you are undergoing depression. Depression creates a loop of stress, anxiety, overthinking and negative thinking. When you are trapped in this loop, the result is Social anxiety which in somple words is nervousness and apprehensions when meeting people in society or Social gathering. So, to overcome Social anxiety you need to strengthen your mind and heart. This will build a strong personality which will automatically remove Social anxiety.
