Very powerful and effective
I started doing music therapy just about a week ago. I already find it easy to include in my routine. Listening to the audio before going to bed helps me ground myself and switch off completely. I have noticed that my breathing normalises after the therapy. As a result I am sleeping more peacefully now. Morning therapy is also helpful for the same reason. The music lets me pause, take time and helps me gather the energy to start the day on a positive note.
