Nothing feels real. Scared to be happy too. I feel myself dead inside. Each moment feels like I'm sleeping and it's just a dream . People call me fake when i let them know my thoughts. I know I'm dumb. But i don't know i don't want to live.

I understand your situation and want to help you to come out of me. Right now you are fearful, but you must try to get out of it. Just try a little everyday. At present you are only WISHING but not WILLING to come. If you continue to be in the Wishing zone only then you will be forever stuck with fears, insecurities, anxiety and depression for the rest of your life. You may have to take pills that are harmful in the long run. CHOOSE to your own friend. Love and care for yourself. Do you want to be your own prisoner? Your own enemy? If NO, then take the therapy and start practicing with the therapy that is most comfortable to you. Gradually use all the therapies. I understand what you are going through. These are the different phases of depression. Remember, this will pass one day. Ignore the thoughts that disturb. Do not entertain them, distract yourself and do something creative or play a game, watch a good show, talk to someone. After some time you will get the grip to dodge these attacks. Eventually they will stop bothering you. You need not worry as you have already started the treatment to overcome depression without medicines.

Trust the process of healing. You are strong within, these are just thoughts on the surface. believe in your will power. Practice affirmations which will help you to strengthen your will power. Practice mirror therapy without fail. Regular practice will yield good results as it has helped many people to overcome depression without medicines.

You are on the path. Just walk with faith in the power of the almighty which is helping you.

Don't know what to do,started to think About what can I do to go away these exam situation in lockdown time - answer my mind give to kill your self. Till now I have not able to make my mind to you have live and face the things. After exam they went well I got passed. But my situation is become more worst . Till now I only want one thing to erase my self completely from this world .

I can understand what is going on but please have patience. The situation is not out of control. The good thing is that you passed the exam. Hold on to that thought.
