I understand what you are going through. These are the different phases of depression. Remember, this will pass one day. Ignore the thoughts that disturb. Do not entertain them, distract yourself and do something creative or play a game, watch a good show, talk to someone. After some time you will get the grip to dodge these attacks. Eventually they will stop bothering you. You need not worry as you have already started the treatment to overcome depression without medicines.
Trust the process of healing. You are strong within, these are just thoughts on the surface. believe in your will power. Practice affirmations which will help you to strengthen your will power. Practice mirror therapy without fail. Regular practice will yield good results as it has helped many people to overcome depression without medicines.
You are on the path. Just walk with faith in the power of the almighty which is helping you.
