METHOD
**Sit in Yogame posture.
Lift your arms at shoulder level and keep fingers in L shape.
Place your thumbs under your armpits.
With deep breathing, straighten your back. Keep your feet flat on the floor.
Keep the diaphragm and lower ribs relaxed.
Focus on your breath for a few seconds.
**Gently drop your hands down and move back to yogame posture.
DURATION
Stay in each posture for 30 seconds.
Repeat the full set 2 to 3 times.
