SAFETY MEASURES

  • Keep your lower back relaxed without contracting or putting any pressure on the lower back.

  • Keep your neck in the centre.


METHOD

  • **Sit in Yogame posture.

  1. Lift your arms at shoulder level and keep fingers in L shape.

  2. Place your thumbs under your armpits.

  • With deep breathing, straighten your back. Keep your feet flat on the floor.

  • Keep the diaphragm and lower ribs relaxed.

  • Focus on your breath for a few seconds.

  • **Gently drop your hands down and move back to yogame posture.


DURATION

  • Stay in each posture for 30 seconds.

  • Repeat the full set 2 to 3 times.
