Releases strain and muscle tension in the neck which is usually accumulated after sitting for long hours.
SAFETY MEASURES
Keep your eyes open throughout.
Be gentle and avoid jerky movements.
Avoid holding your breath at any given point.
METHOD
**Sit in Yogame posture.
Gently turn the head downward, to the right, backward, then on the left side in a relaxed, smooth, circular manner and bring it back to the centre (clockwise).
Gently turn the head downward, to the left, backward, then on the right side in a relaxed, smooth, circular manner and bring it back to the centre (anticlockwise).
This is 1 set.
DURATION
Practice 2-3 times as a set.
When your head moves up – Inhale.
When your head moves down/sideways – Exhale.
