If uneasiness is felt, moving into officedesk posture is recommended.
METHOD
**Align into Officedesk posture
1. Neck at the centre, shoulders relaxed.
Straighten the base of your spine, lower back, mid back and upper back.
Palms facing downwards on your thighs.
2. ***This practice can also be done with fingers placed in Chin mudra.
