SAFETY MEASURES

  • If uneasiness is felt, moving into officedesk posture is recommended.


METHOD

  • **Align into Officedesk posture

1. Neck at the centre, shoulders relaxed.

  • Straighten the base of your spine, lower back, mid back and upper back.

  • Palms facing downwards on your thighs.

2. ***This practice can also be done with fingers placed in Chin mudra.
