Head stays still at the centre.
METHOD
**Continue to sit in Yogame posture.
Head stays at the centre.
Practice natural breathing.
Bring back the right arm forward to the centre and focus on the index finger.
5. Focus and move your right arm with a pointed finger towards your extreme right. Slowly bring your right arm back to the centre.
6. Repeat the same on the left side.
7. Lock your arms and rest your head on the desk.
**Gently come back to yogame posture.
DURATION
Focus on extreme right (10 to 15 seconds).
Focus on extreme left (10 to 15 seconds).
Rest here (60 to 90 seconds).
