Eye strain relief series 1 – 4


FOCUS

On the pointed index finger


BENEFITS

SAFETY MEASURES

Head stays still at the centre.


METHOD

  • **Sit in Yogame posture.

  • Head stays at the centre.

  1. Rub your palms and create warmth.

  2. Cup your palms to the eyes.

  3. Elevate your right arm forward at shoulder level. Point your index finger forward and focus on it.

  4. Continue to focus with eyes open and gently move your index finger towards your nose. Touch it and move your right arm back to the centre.

  • Do the above steps with the left hand.

  • Close your eyes and relax.


DURATION

  • Rub palms (20 to 30 seconds).

  • Cup palms on eyes (20 to 30 seconds).

  • For 3 and 4 Stay and focus (20 to 30 seconds).
