Officedesk Posture

Alignment of lower back curve
BENEFITS
Aligning into this posture helps in body correction.
It reduces muscular fatigue and degenerative joints/disc problems.
Increases productivity of work during the office hours.
SAFETY MEASURES
To reduce eye strain, keep the top of the screen at eye level to minimize eye fatigue.
METHOD
1. & 2. Wrong Posture to be avoided.
3. Right posture - In Officedesk posture, adjust the height of the chair so that:
Feet are flat on the floor.
Knees are at the level of pelvis or hips.
Lower back curve is aligned to the lower end of the seat.
Mid and lower back are aligned to the seat.
Middle and upper back straightens up.
Elbow, forearms and palms are to be placed on either handle of the chair.
DURATION
Align into this posture once in every hour.
